M2 Application
Application process
Registration for the Master-2 “Plasma Physics & Fusion” must be done through one of the application portals of our partner institutions: Sorbonne University, Institut Polytechnique de Paris, or University Paris-Saclay. This is essential to ensure the completeness of the application files and their eligibility.
It is unnecessary and even counterproductive to register at multiple institutions: there is a single admissions committee that will evaluate applications, composed of representatives from the three partner institutions (SU, IPP, UPSay).
If you wish to request funding for your Master 2, you should contact one of the Master 2 coordinators (see e-mail addresses below) to specify your request and identify the institution where you should apply.
If you were not previously enrolled at one of our three partner institutions, you must first contact one of the Master-2 coordinators (see addresses below) to identify the institution where you should apply.
Regardless of the institution where you register, your application file must include:
– Cover letter
– Academic transcripts for the last three years
– Detailed CV
– Photo ID
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and you will receive the committee’s decision within 8 days after submitting a complete application.
Opening and closing dates for each platform will be announced as soon as they are known.
